How does it work?
Instead of cable or satellite, the TV signal is streamed over your internet connection. You open an app, log in with your personal details and browse channels by country and category, with a TV guide showing what's on now and next.
What internet speed do I need?
A stable connection matters more than raw speed. A typical home broadband connection is enough for HD. For 4K or several screens at once you need more bandwidth, and a wired (Ethernet) connection gives the most stable picture.
Which time zone is the TV guide in?
The guide follows Dutch time (CET/CEST), because that's when the channels broadcast. If you live in another time zone, remember to adjust for the difference, especially for live football.
Is there a contract?
No. You buy a fixed period of 3 or 12 months. At the end it simply stops. If you want to continue, you choose a new plan; nothing renews automatically.
Which device should I use abroad?
If your TV abroad is a recent Samsung or LG, you can install an app directly. For older TVs or TVs with limited app stores, a Fire TV Stick is the easiest option: it plugs into any HDMI port and works the same in every country. On the go, a phone, tablet or laptop is all you need.
How do I set it up?
After payment you receive your login details and step-by-step instructions for your device. Install the recommended app, enter your details, and the channel list, TV guide and on-demand library load automatically. Tips for the best picture abroad
Use a wired connection for your main TV where possible, keep the app up to date and restart your router if the picture starts to buffer. On busy evenings, choosing the HD version of a channel instead of 4K can make a big difference on slower connections.

Do I need a VPN?
You don't need a VPN to use the app. If you already use one for other reasons, a stable connection is what matters most for picture quality.
How many screens can I use?

What happens when my plan ends?
